    For the pancake treat, we need 4 parent volunteers. If you know that your parents are available on February 24th, please let one of us know or post it on the blog. We need to know by next Tuesday. SARAH, EMILY AND ARETHA :D

    On February 24th the Be The Change(B.T.C)group
    would like to host"Pancake treat day" to celebrate the different nation cultures and the diversity of variety of things that have to do with gender,society,and institution.

    Please give feedback,add any ideas,and comments.Aretha

    Hey Guys! I think it is really good but I don't think you have to say nation in the first sentence. I think you can just say, "to celebrate the different cultures." Also, I think that when you guys make announcments, try not to use all these hard words because there are some words little kids might not understand like diversity. CLARA :D

    Hey Guys! I don't think my mom could help out on the pancake treat day but is there anything else that you need? Please post on the blog and I'll let you know how I can help. Thanks. CLARA :D BTW, I think that you should ask the commitee members if any of thier parents can come in on February 24th to help out. I think that is a really great way to get them involved and see how we get the iniaitves done instead of working on the character trates all the time not saying that that is bad. You can ask Ms. Rambaran if you guys can make an anouncement about that during closing anouncements. :D

    Great discussions and planning everyone!

    Something to consider, please check that the letter includes where the money is going to be donated and why. We forgot to include that information in the letter for Vow of Silence and we can't assume that parents will know this information.

    Hey guys!! I figured out that I can bring 2 boxes of pancake mix, 1 package of plates, 1 package forks, 1 packages of napkines and 1 bottle of maple syrup. I hope this helps!! Also, if you need anything else, please just ask me so I can help! :D CLARA

    * 1 pack of napkins which has 500 in one pack
    * 1 bottle of syrup
    * 1 box of pancake mix
    * 1 package of plates which has 100 in a package

    SORRY I DON'T HAVE A GRILL...

    Well Clara,in total of the paper plates there are: 150 plates so far because I brought in 1 package of paper plates which has 100 in it,but we still need more!..
    I am counting on the others to help out on that.
    (and myself).So yes we do need more plates.Just letting you all know again PLEASE DO NOT BUY NAPKINS WE HAVE ENOUGH!..Talia that is great that you could maybe bring in a grill and some forks and table clothes.Thank you sooo much!
    Talia could you maybe help me to encourage other people to help out and to tell people DON'T FORGET to buy the decoration.I'm glad that understand Clara about the miss understanding I think you know what I mean.

    Hey Aretha. I will buy 50 more plates. Is that enough? Anyways, I can't find a pancake mix that has no eggs but all you have to do is add water from president choice. Everyone that I found had dried egg yolks. Aretha, if you can help me buy 2 pancake mix, can you help me do that and I will pay you back. Thanks. CLARA :D
